Adolfina M. Polk, D.D.S
Dr. Polk is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her dental degree in pediatrics (D.D.S) from Meharry Medical College of Dentistry in Nashville, TN in 1981. Dr. Polk's specialty training included residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. She has been actively practicing pediatric dentistry for 30 years.
Tawana Ware, D.D.S, D.M.D.
Dr. Tawana Ware earned her Doctor of Dental degree (D.D.S.) from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN in 2002. She continued with her education at Indiana University School of Dentistry to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree (D.M.D.) in pediatrics in 2004 with an emphasis on oral surgery.
