Insuance Information
We are now in network providers for the following insurance plans TennCare ( Amerigroup, United Health Care Dual , Coverkids)
Delta Dental, BCBS of TN, Metlife, Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO
At all appointments you will asked to pay any estimated co-payment. Which is the balance not covered by your insurance at the time of service. If you do not have insurance please let our office know before the appointment. Payment in full is due at the time of service.
Payment Information
Appointment Policy
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience. We have found that preschool and kindergarten-age children are more cooperative, alert and refreshed during the morning hours. Our doctors prefer, if your child is in this age group, that their appointments be scheduled early in the morning.
Since appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your commitment. Another patient who needs our care could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we do ask for your assistance in this regard.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your child’s six-month checkup appointment, our ability to give your child excellent pediatric dental service is compromised. We will reappoint your child if it is not possible to give them the care they deserve in the resulting reduced amount of time.
We request payment for all services at the time of service. We gladly accept cash, personal check, Master Card, Visa, Care Credit and most insurance plans. Please make prior payment arrangements with our patient coordinator if someone other than parent or guardian brings your child in for an appointment.
